America’s Greatest Depression

While not the funniest thing I’ve ever written, this piece is why I pursued a Creative Writing minor. My professor enjoyed the humor of my work, my transformation of a typical first-year essay into entertainment, and suggested that I pursue a Creative Writing minor.

This paper was written for a required first-year writing course called “Writing about Public Problems,” where I decided to focus on a local issue instead of a broader societal problem.
